Strengthening the Continuum of Care
The St. Joseph County Access to Healthcare Task Force coordinates the diverse local human services resources that strengthen the continuum of care. Together the group improves access to services, minimizes duplication of efforts, and develops collaborative, strategic partnerships to better meet the health needs unique to our county emphasizing groups that are chronically under-served.
The group is chaired by Rebecca Burns and Kris Dewey of BHSJ-CHA.
